Bede

This entry covers the period from February 28th, 1915, when Bede passed away, until April 4th, when the funeral itself took place. It is headed ‘The Execrs (executors) of Bede Freeman deceased’. In this ledger, the name of the person responsible for the funeral (today called ‘The Applicant’) is the title of the entry, above even the name of the deceased themselves.
