In June, the Department of Health and Social Care announced that a new system of death certification would be brought into effect in England in Wales in April 2019.
Freeman Brothers returned to the South of England Show in Ardingly this month, bringing fresh ideas to get members of the public to engage with all things funeral-related. If you didn’t manage to visit the show, here’s a rundown of what we got up to…
Based in Pulborough, The Mary How Trust was founded in 1988, and works to provide health screening in order to detect the early signs of cancer and other serious illnesses. The charity’s namesake, Mary How, died aged just 46 from bowel cancer, which may have been prevented had such a service been available.
We are pleased to announce that Freeman Brothers will be exhibiting at the South of England Show at Ardingly in June 2018. The three-day show celebrates a variety of aspects of countryside living, and last year was bathed in glorious sunshine throughout – fingers crossed for repeat conditions this year!
